Since I know myself I had a very poor-quality sleep. I usually wake up between 5-10 times per night and often it's really difficult to fall asleep again. A friend of mine who is raw vegan since almost 5 years ago told me that switching to this diet could make miracles in my case. I am a bit unconvinced because I've always assumed that my sleep issues have a neurological cause. For those of you who would feel like asking me "so why don't you just try and see what happens", I have to mention that I would indeed try it for a couple of weeks or so but I assume that it's not long enough to draw any conclusions and unfortunately, I am that type of person that enjoys eating meat (mostly chicken and fish) at least once a day.
