Practicing mindfulness really does work! (It took me a while to get used to it, but it really does!)

I am so excited to have found this great app that helps people get started on the whole topic of meditation and becoming mindful of their thoughts! It really helped me see things from a much better place, I don't feel trapped in the tasks that I have to do at my job anymore..I feel like I finally have found some way to organize my thoughts and actions just the way I want!
